Hi all, i won't be able to make this and i haven't had a chance to read all the announcements in full.

If someone reads this and they are on the call can you ask the following -

Which scenario will play out -

1) ~800mil shares will be taken from FFX and placed into LLL as part of the in-specie distribution, i.e. effectively reducing the share registry size of FFX.

This means if you have 100,000 shares in FFX currently, after demerger you will have 70k shares in LLL and 30k shares in FFX based on the 1 to 1.4 distribution.

or

2) FFX share registry will remain the same - no impact.

If you have 100k shares in FFX currently, after demerger you will still have 100k in FFX, and 70k new shares in LL based on the 1 to 1.4 distribution.
