This means if you have 100,000 shares in FFX currently, after demerger you will have 70k shares in LLL and 30k shares in FFX based on the 1 to 1.4 distribution.

or

2) FFX share registry will remain the same - no impact.

If you have 100k shares in FFX currently, after demerger you will still have 100k in FFX, and 70k new shares in LL based on the 1 to 1.4 distribution.
