Correct BMNG but they may be lagging as there is less volume so harder to get out of if you need cash in a hurry (just look at market depth). Going into the future, you also only get dividends etc by holding the shares and not the options.
If you believe MNS will be a $1 before options expire it's better to hold the options, if you believe we will stay in a trading range (or drop) better to hold the shares.
