Ann: Demerger Timetable Update, page-2

Can anyone tell me what capital reduction will mean to tsv shareholders? I seem to remember a figure of 1.8 cents per tsv s hare as being the value of tsv monteney in past ann, if this is so does it mean 1.8 cents per tsv share will be taken from tsv and transferred to tsv monteney. Also can anyone tell me how we can sell our new shares as according to how i read the relevant ann the co pany will be unlisted.
Sorry for the questions but i am really confused.
