It says:

(b) the Cowan Shareholder notified Cowan Lithium in writing that the Cowan Shareholder wishes to retain its Cowan Shares.

I think TAW have a real future, I rang the investor number today and got an answering machine so it seems questions will be answered after the demerger.
I am thinking TAW are a good buy however I am uncertain about keeping the Cowan shares they will need money so a CR and dilution is on the horizon.
If you have faith in the management team have faith they are doing their best to increase TAW shareholder value.

Thanks but I think if you're outside Oz or SA then they'll just hold on to the Cowan shares for you and sell them when they're listed, writing to them wont make a bit of difference?
