Townsville could be the catalyst for Water to gain contracts from other councils. Unfortunately, most of these will not arrive until FY 21/22 so will need membrane production or Australian and overseas mining contracts or overseas waste-water/ recycling r contracts. The thing is water can now concentrate all its energies on securing contracts and commercialization of technology.
There won't be a huge boost from Townsville so Water may take a while to shine.
