Volume is low and Australian Super have been selling since the beginning of the year. Short positions have been steadily declining since their peak in Sept 2019 (4.4m down to 3m). In my opinion, SRL represents excellent value at current prices. Of course, the true value of this company will only be realised when the project gets finance. When that happens, we will see many of those short positions burned and the share price should recover quite nicely.
