The offer went unconditional a while back . They waited to the last minute to extend and have only extended by one week . Very much hope they are trying for 90% and then complete ownership of DRM . There are very strong business men behind A1M and I would not like to be a minority shareholder in DRM if the offer closes without reaching the 90% level . The almost inevitable future offer may not be as good as this one because DRM would probably have turned into a very low liquidity company and may have been de-listed .
