Hey Massa. Best is to do it today. I can't be certain but the offer will not be extended as we will have 90%. The earlier this is done the earlier we stop burning double corporate costs.
If you asked for a form to be emailed there is an email address on it. I didn't keep the physical forms that were sent in the mail but I assume you can email that as well.
I imagine A1M will spike once they hit 90% as well
