Ann: Demetallica Share Distribution, page-75

I am only wondering about the ratio for spin-out Demetallica.

As some posters here @jonki @Aqua65 @jobhda had recognised the ratio differs from prospectus and homepage at the MEP-Pages.
Prospectus says 1->20, Homepage says 1-> 19.37
Home: "Minotaur’s eligible shareholders at the Record Date of 27 January 2022 have been allotted a bonus share issue in spin-out company Demetallica, equal to 1 share for every 19.37 Minotaur shares held."

Has anyone of posters here on board contacted MEP to ask for the reason, why it differs ?
