Exactly. Now that, for all the crap that gets posted on these threads, is (micro) a capital markets 101 failure. That would be a fair and massive criticism of Killian's tenure as CEO. What a muppet. You announce great results, the mkts get excited, raise their DCF valuations as the probability of regulatory pathways and commercial execution just got improved a little and indeed partnership prospects possibilities raised.

Its the "will they, won't they" game investors and companies play in pre-cash flow positive stocks. We net get a little excited over improved partnership prospects and then they disclose they don't quite yet have a partnership in the bag with another rude capital raise, but at least at higher levels in the share price.

Now that is MASSIVELY chumpy behaviour by the CEO/CFO. Do they not understand how capital mkts, that they are presently reliant on for funding, work?

(by the way a little HC research will reveal one of our detractors mocking the suspension of the stock for this announcement, not making the same criticism of a stock they invested in that today put a suspension on trading for a RMAT decision by the FDA - I own said stock and am more than happy, but just wanted to point out the duplicity of said poster)
