Yes and no if we get to a stage where robots build houses humans wont have work and will run out of land very quickly lol...2days in preso to be ready for roof?if the human race is not careful the only way will be to have world wars every 10years to have less humans on earth and for robots to have a job
I believe there is a place for robots in our world companies like in pathology areas where its hard to find staff doing repetitive analysis etc..l started my apprenticeship in cabinet making just when robots in the industry where starting...fast forward 20years and a factory who would need let say 10 to 20 staff would only need 3 to 4..my question is where is the positive in that?
Anyways we are talking 10 years from now maybe 20
Its obvious these types of machines will be used in new land estates and buildings will be specifically planned with robots in mind
So lets look at the flow on efffects..carpenters will be needed for roofing only
Fit outs perhaps?depending on how bricks get finished on the inside of house
Its all to easily to look at a preso but there is issues everywhere with turning the building trades into robots...tell me how are cabinet makers.plumbers...electricians etc going to keep up with houses that are at lock up stage perhaps 2weeks after slab poured
Will be a boom for a few years then its over for most
    To many issues
The play at hand here and reason for holding fbr is the return on share price as l say time and time again at these levels and the years of work needed fbr will have 10billion plus shares from this level at current prices
Only thing that stood out to me in preso was the patent part...this could be what makes fbr shareholders money
    Anyway 9months to go
