It's still in correction territory at around 15% down from highs, it would only take a few bad days though to enter bear territory and it's almost a sure thing it's going to, however SP500, NASDAQ and Russell are all down below 20% putting them in bear territory, with Nasdaq being the worse performing down around 33% from highs, not many bulls at the moment, NASDAQ went up 1.43% in last trading sesh, but it is nothing compared to the declines, bears are winning.

As JoJo mentioned though, lit and cobalt prices have barely moved, so COB falling nearly 45% from 52w highs is definitely not justified, especially when ethically mined Cobalt is so limited around the world.
