No not a good analogy. Its more like someone paying you to drive the Nullabor and using that cash to pay for petrol. The expected flow is to be able to max out the current metering station and that would indeed put a value around what you suggest. From all the comments regarding the pressure and the target size I would expect them to upgrade the pipeline to significantly increase the production capabilities.
