I sat in on SGC presentation and sorry Good Oil, don't expect a CR anytime soon. The company has $1.5 million in cash and while the drilling of Dempsey is estimated at $5 million, SGC's net cost is $500,000 for a 50% interest.....a great position. If Dempsey is a success, we will be looking at much, much better prices. I'd be hoping for at least SGC being a Disallowed from here, if all goes as hoped and could be even much better still. My guess is that management will be very selective on the timing of any CR.
