Options will be vested in 2 tranches, 1st tranche is when sales hit 50m mark and ebitda meets 2m. 2nd tranche when sales hit 60m and ebitda meets 4m.
2 points to note:
1) Gross sales... is this a running total or annual sales? 2) He is sitting on about 4.5m profit if he gets the options and exercise at today's price, more when future price is higher.
So let's hope he will do as he has let us believe and we will profit along with him.
