I do think that RRL is looking particularly discounted at the moment and are ripe for upside in FY22 given increased production capacity as well as the potential McPhillamsy's approvals not to mention exploration potential. it would appear the Tropicana transaction has been a big part of the battered share price and I can appreciate that as has not only diluted ex shareholders but also it's not very clear how the purchase is going to promote value growth as opposed to simply adding Oz for what otherwise seems to be an expensive price tag given the risk of the purchase. Although I see the current SP appearing to be somewhere close to a bottom, this transaction is a bit concerning for above reasons, unless I've missed something? would be great to hear your thoughts.
