Mchil is a free option. Its not accounted for in the sp. The dilution resulted in the eps dropping from 40c to 26c but that 26c does not include the bulk of tropicana. Eps if nothing changes should be at least in the 33-35c range. Forward PE should be roughly 6.5 without mcphil. If we get mcphil we should be around 50c eps within a few years. This thing will be spitting out 20c dividends in 3 years without a massive increase to POG. If the POG increases back to 2k usd, we are in deep value territory right now, forward pe of like 5.
