The SP is down because whoever wrote the press release looks very desperate, treating shareholders like idiots IMO. Obviously she (Burmeister) is not just a Doc there, but is the clinical director. It sounds like they are trying to cover something up. Also she has big red hair, and that can be difficult to replace ;-)
Hence the SP is down.
If they were straightforward in their press release, the SP might not have moved much IMO. With all the red flags over the business, this becomes another one now.
