I noticed this time around (unlike when Mo's parting was first announced) the Board and Mo did exchange some compliments, which makes me think (and it's just my conjecture) that it was Mo who decided to move on to "better" things, which I admit leaves me a little concerned given the way he talked up the technology as groundbreaking.
