I wouldn't disregard personal family matters taking Mo away, .. middle east /Lebanon crisis could have not put him in a good place to perform as CEO if he has family affected etc ...and him leaving doesn't mean he may not come back and take up a position when he can in the future.
does anyone know if he has left to go to another job or just left because he needs personal time off for an unknown time frame ..
