Sadly - the announcement reads as the CEO has been push and a mutual non disparagement agreement has been reached. Further, as the AFR notes, "crisis consultants" Domestique Consultants have been appointed.

The release is unusual and points towards something terribly wrong with the international business has been uncovered. To be honest, I'm surprised a trading halt hasn't been issued as the market is now faced with uncertain information and no doubt people close to insiders will understand what has occurred while the rest of us are left to speculate.

I was a buy, now a hold, and fully expect the share price to tank today. My opinions only.
