Something is defintiely afoot here - be it irreconcilable dfferences at the board level, possible MBO plan, a sale bid has been put into play, or something completely left field. This sort of announcement is seldom recieved as good news unless it becomes abundantly clear that there is a logical and cogent reason behind it. The announcements thus far have unfortuantely been opaque at best wich leads to speculation and conjecture.

50/50 on whether what we are seeing here is either good news or something else. Time will tell - hopefully sooner rather than later.
