This right there. Most likely got poached. But true visionaries who think they have something groundbreaking dont leave for a $500k job when they can be worth billions.
Someone like Zuckerberg could easily have gotten a job anywhere for $1m salary but instead built Facebook
Nobody knows where AXE will be in 12-24 months but this is a company that needs talent as its tech is very complex and I think without Mo attracting that talent will be much harder
