"Without Mo attracting that talent"; people didn't go to Archer just because of Mo, but to be involved in these two incredible innovative products with boundless applications and usefulness to society. The people now employed were already quantum experts in the field with PhDs, or years of industry or research experience. Now that the initial critical research and testing phase is (somewhat) complete, the employment attraction at Archer is taking a significant focus towards prototype development. The attraction for quantum and graphene PhDs would be no less now, or even moreso now, with higher confidence than 3 years ago that these products will be commercialised, and leaping their careers, to be part of something significant. (Or so I can only imagine). Putting someone with significant experience of hardware design in a commercial environment is precisely what will continue and further attract the quantum and graphene PhDs/experts into Archer Materials. This is no longer a research company with maybe a commercialisation possibility company, but it is shaping up to take a serious focus on how to now execute the build of a prototype.

People don't want to build their careers by holding onto the coat tails of someone else. People want to build their careers by having an integral part of making something with significant impact to society. It will be easier to do this and have the limelight without someone else taking all the praise by default. We've hardly even heard of all the other experts and their achievements.

If I were an expert in quantum or graphene, I'd be more interested now than ever in a career at Archer Materials. Thanks to significant work of Mohammad.

Zuckerberg dropped out of Harvard and solely focused on Facebook. Quite clear a computer programming wizard out of Harvard would have had multiple job opportunities if he wanted it. He also could have cashed out early as there was an offer to buy Facebook years before the IPO
