your points are really why I think and maybe will pose the question here - should AXE focus on a merger or an acquisition? That way we don't have to worry about managing investor expectations at these stages of an R&D company that's looking to expand into the real world. Because tbh, the way AXE has been these last months is pointing that way. Not even NASDAQ will look at this stage with more advantage than ASX retail.

I know that silicon valley venture capitalists , even the more daring strategic investors would rather fund software tech over hardware tech. So we are really at the very challenging end, extremely ambitious end. Mo says often, we cannot do this alone. That is the real descriptor of this kind of deep tech company. He does see the overall big picture, I would say his bent is towards industry policy, lately quantum industry policy because that's the emerging tech where foundations are being laid, get in at the ground floor. But AXE can't be working at qubit and pulse control level and also at overarching industry policy level. We do need a big name, deep pockets kind of help I would have thought. Am sure that's all part of management's thinking as well. So I hope Simon gets us those connections soon. Because WEF connections are not detailed enough to make those connections.

but yes, question is, would we be happy with a takeover/merger and not just restricting ourselves to 'strategic partnerships'.
