No knock on Mo, he's been there for 7 years and at least the early graphene technology he brought has been very useful. He's a very smart guy clearly. If he's not contributing to the quarterly update, I think maybe he's either on leave or taking a back seat until he departs in Jan. It's not always clear in corporate circles as to the real reason CEO's come and go. Time will tell if he still has any significant input in the next few months. In terms of him having an MBA - doesn't really mean much in terms of whether an MBA graduate is a successful CEO in a listed company. Many academics have done MBA's without really using them in the commercial world. At some point we hope there will be a need for a more business oriented CEO to handle that side of the company and a separate technical Manager to oversee development and direction of the chips and associated bits they develop. This may already be in place as far as the technical side goes. The chair has a legal background and may well be responsible for a lot of the IP. Lot's of volume and weakness around Mo's departure -could be those loyal to Mo and his tie up with AXE and could be some shorting related to this?? It will settle at some point and hopefully we recover and excel going forward.
