You're deluding yourself. It was clear to everyone that the SP would tank if MO went. So how do you deal with that situation. You bring in your "commercialization expert" but keep MO on either as CEO or chief technical consultant. In fact such a move would probably have boosted the SP. No, IMO its either a truly catastrophic personal issue OR he no longer shares you confidence in what AXE is offering anymore. DYOR
