Steve Jobs was fired from Apple and the co-founder of Apple, Steve Wozniak also left them (retired). Apple didn’t exactly tank, and it went on to become the biggest company in the world. Thee are many many other examples like this.
Commercial acumen is now needed. Mo may be a brilliant technical mind and charismatic leader but he has never worked his way up in a profitable company.
I think the next phase of AXE, with a profit-focused CEO, will deliver on making the company profitable Exciting times ahead. My view is that there is no need to panic but there will be some good buying opportunities coming.
