Indians, in my experience, are very hard working and can be very demanding. Unless you are prepared to put in the extra effort in a role such as CFO, particularly in a company that needs to get its financial act together, it may have been a shock to the system.
Or believe the headline and it was something in her private life. Perhaps a combination. Not willing to put in the hours due to impact on family. Either way better a quick exit.
Definitely not the colour of her hair.
