This was a planned move. It's pretty clear Helen was not the fit that would be needed for the next 5 years. The fact is they sat on this for weeks until the retail cap raise selling was complete as they did not want to tank the SP until those that wanted to sell could do so. Let people take their profits first before dumping bad news. Keeps the retail holders onside a bit more than a dump prior to them having the offer shares hit their HINs.

I am nibbling at small amounts to reduce my cost average at these prices. I just want to bring it down to sub-$5, currently in the 8's. Not huge amounts of cash to make this happen. My expectation is for an offer to lob in as part of industry consolidation once rates start to ease. If we get back to the $3.50 level then the offer will probably come in at ~$5 and hopefully I do not take a loss on the buyout.
