Can anyone tell me if they even have to declare revenue or say what it was for if it is under an NDA?

They do say they will announce anything that is considered material. Is revenue considered material if they have enought to keep them going for X months anyhow (ie, no need for a CR/placement) and the new revenue is on top of that and can be spent how they see fit under an NDA?

I'm not trying to raise expectations for qtrly just trying to understand how this works. Like someone said if they are doing more deals with casinos they don't really want everyone knowing all the details of other deals (??)
