Most, if not all of us here on HC, would disagree with the ASX.
Traders/investors in EVS would seemingly also disagree - given today's SP action thus far.
Of course, there cannot yet be any SP action for PET to provide a correlation on any view regarding 'Price Sensitivity' !!!

Once a stock is suspended,they are all price sensitive.
They just get released without the 20 mimute delay though.
They can't trade until they get enough directors even if all forensics sorted.
The longer the replacement,the bigger the train wreck.
