they were not employees who got caught with their hands in a cookie jar. They will not get slapped and told never to come back into this kitchen again. These were Directors and it looks like they were given an ultimatum............leave on your own accord and save some face or be fired and lost a sh1tload. It really does not matter because whatever has occurred, and any other possibility you can think of, it still happened on their shift and they will suffer the consequences thereof. If they want to play as Directors in ASX company there are many rules and regulations and consequences.
