I'm pretty sure it will be resolved well before September. BOPL have a very weak hand from what I can see and they will be looking at court / legal costs as well. They have already shown their hand that they want to cash out (the deal with Buru) and OBL are being stopped from completing the OXX deal and getting a slab of cash. How smart has the OXX deal been so far, one year one, 25% of Derby locked in at fixed price but no money paid? Albers smarter and richer than any of these clowns. When the deal dam breaks, it will be fun times IMO for both OXX and OBL.
