Wow what a fantastic deal. BOT have acquired a phase 3 complete drug with a massive market, and have done so with a low upfront cost and without diluting shareholders.
This really is best case scenario for this announcement.
BOT leveraging the excellent management team they have to pivot into new areas while waiting on the core portfolio to progress through studies. The BOT team know how to get drugs through the FDA process, so makes sense we buy a derisked product after phase 3 and just complete an easy but massive value add by getting it through the FDA.
All faith restored in this company.
