From my understanding, he has resigned company's MD and moved to non-executive role.

Then,
1. who will be replaced his role?
2. has he mentioned any plan for his successor?
3. has he mentioned about the reason for his resignation?

As for me, I welcome to arising situation for a change for the Company especially a top managerial personal. As I have a firm belief about company's extremely promising magnificent prospects, I have been waiting for around 7 years and, if necessary, I can be patient more. I also have to see what are grand final outcomes for both our field and 3 cases with a regulatory body about my complaints against 2 companies and a broking firm that carried out company SP manipulation, from my view.
