As an ex-holder of this stock, this announcement comes as no surprise. This company IMO completely lacks good corporate governance. So Dermot Ryan has decided to stand down as MD. Wouldn't you think there would be an announcement as to who the new MD is? Oh ... that would be no one. This is without doubt the worst stock on the ASX, run by complete amateurs who subsidize their lifestyle to the detriment of their shareholders. Delist this stinker and put it out of its misery. Anyone who thinks there is a fortune to be made from this company is seriously deluded.
