The property, as being the only zoned B2 area (next to McGrath Leichhardt ) – is not really located in the heart of Norton Street, Leichhardt’s commercial, retail and residential district. This would be on the outer edges. They would be using this area for residential living/shops, and if they seek a DA this might be pushed back by residents around them...A good buy, will be looking at what they would do with it....
