Do you think DLI shareholders would give up their shares that were worth $1.40 just a year ago (now worth 14c) for 1.7 Lpd shares that have just gone up to 9c (after plant results or dfs). Under 2 lpd shares that were worth 3c a few weeks ago and 1.1c earlier in the year?
I think the way we plan on getting DLI shares is to sell them the dream they'll get their money back, and they just might with lpd at this price.
this is not a t/o technically, it is a merger (another smart move imo), we needed to appeal to both sides
