I personally think the main reason why there is certainly a new P1 location and new feedstock instead of the original plan with P1 in Sudbury and feedstock from Portugal is LPD faced the obstacle from the Portugal government plan that they want the raw material to be converted in Portugal into final battery means they can’t use this feedstock for Sudbury P1.
therefore, I believe new feedstock (maybe extra from DLI) will be delivered to Sudbury. On top, third P1 for Portugal with acid maybe from nearby Spain border.
