A google search led me to a video of the Namibian parliament having a stormy debate over allegations of corrupt land allocation of Farm Okongava (the disputed land mentioned in your Desert Lion story link). While Desert Lion is not mentioned and debate gets nowhere due to uproar, it's entertaining.
