I cant remember what there was in the .003 BUY queue this morning, only a few million I think, then rose to 23 million through the day
So if someone did know something, it was really a lucky for him to have that many sitting there just at the time he heard the bad news and decided to sell
More than likely he saw an opportunity to get out and took it.
