I'm thinking more about OEL's SC55 farmout endeavours.
I knew Reed Bank in SC72 was under dispute from the Chinese, but previously thought permits such as NDO's SC58 and OEL's SC55 were out of range for China's nine dash line claims.
Seems not, unless the The Bidder and NDO board/management are overstating it to make shareholders more willing to accept the offer.
