Your first comment (BBIG has locked out FMS etc) and there are three underlying business points to it.
1. It locks out FMS from securing their ore at that location and there are only two other near proximity opportunities but neither have the MIN mine engineering capability,
2. It reduces BBIG's risk of a single source supply if it gets to a stage of offering FMS a supply contract, as BBIG's has changed footing and is looking to secure aggregated iron ore sources so to reduce its dependency on FMS, and lastly
3. It increases FMS's risk by furthering isolating FMS from options to reduce its own geographic isolation by shoring up surrounding iron ore reserves so FMS can't get scale of product from adjacent mines for better supply contract leverage.
Smart move by BBIG, pity FMS wasn't up to seeing it.....even I saw it.
