I understand that its a NR RI, but what's stopping any holders just sending additional $$ via BPAY over and above their entitlement for additional shares?

I understand there is no shortfall provision - but I don't necessarily understand why this is the case. If holders want to invest further capital in the company and the company don't achieve their target raising value, on what basis are they able to decline the willing investment of additional capital if they haven't fulfilled their target?

I'm with you Doc - If anyone doesn't intend to take up their rights, yell out!
Help me understand why??
