Ah, yes, Canegrass....
As you say difficult to quantify values at this stage. MST Access have allocated a nominal value of $6m to Canegrass which obviously has no impact on a CPS basis.
Canegrass of course is an interesting issue. Will we see the Directors want to divert funds from the PIOP project (once up and running) to progress Canegrass?
This obviously may have an impact on funds available for Dividends but more importantly many existing holders may not like being locked into another long term development vortex, remembering our majority holder will have a large influence on any way forward
One of the reasons I have always been keen to get a reasonable NPV type value which provides options to exit.
Obviously well down the track from here..................
