How interesting is this
Alignment Capital are now the largest shareholders of MPJ with 640M shares, the only other noted 5% plus holder was D Yu at 110M and N Hutchinson 12M (See CR documents March 15) prior RI. I also note the only mention on 3B was Alignment Capital and not any other majors?????
Makes me wonder even more about the reason they underwrote this. imagine owning 18+%, selling off will be difficult to recoup costs with 640M shares, could take a while without dropping sp further or too much??

And yesterday the sp drops.
Im looking forward to see what happens next as even with the shares; they (AC) don't (as I read it happy be corrected) have any changes to control (19.9%), so where is the baby so to speak? bathwater?

I hope whatever discussions were had come true, this is now why I am holding, in interest rather than expectation. The 18th April will be "D" day.
