Hmmm. Ok total shortfall was 250mil shares. This was allocated to AC (along with 250mil Mpjo - that answers my question).. for ACs "trouble" they will also be allocated a further 40mil mpjo's (if we, the share holders approve)....Equalling 540mil of shares and options combined (potentially) also assuming they dont currently hold any shares. A tad over $1.5mil paid for shares under the underwriting agreement. I am new to reading these docs (and reading in general..haha) so please do correct me if i am wrong.
