For anyone having trouble here - Jump on Advanced Share Registry - register an account (takes 1-2 mins).
From there you can access your entitlement docs related to a company holding. Everything is available through the registry portals and it is a lot easier to manage than dealing with emails or post. This goes for all of them too - Automic, Advanced Share Registry, Link Market Services etc etc...
